Alimentaria 2026

Alimentaria is the most important food trade fair in Spain, and one of the largest in Europe.

After taking part in 2021 — the edition the pandemic had postponed — we are back for 2026, with GMR Canarias and with Saborea España alongside Saborea Lanzarote.

There was a large turnout, much of it international as it always is at this fair. Many visitors had never come across the prickly pear before, and were delighted by our jams, mojos, liqueurs and gins.

At the GMR stand we made some interesting contacts, and held a meeting we had already arranged before travelling.

We will be back for the next edition, in two years, in 2028.
