Salón Gourmets 2026

We returned once again to Salón Gourmets 2026 in Madrid, a fair we have been attending for several years now alongside Saborea Lanzarote (Cabildo de Lanzarote), the Canary Islands Government through Proexca, and Gestión del Medio Rural (GMR).

Turnout was lower this year because Alimentaria was being held in Barcelona, but attendance was good, particularly among trade visitors.

We ran several cocktail workshops in the Canary Islands room, with the invaluable help of Javier García, who did a magnificent job.
